Terms & Conditions

Booking Deposit

A £200 deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the commencement date of your holiday. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks before your arrival, full payment will be due. Please note that the initial £200 booking deposit is non-refundable.

Cleaning Charge

There is no deposit to pay, however if the property is not left in the same clean & tidy state as on arrival, you will be invoiced for a cleaning charge of up to £50 or £200 if smoking has taken place inside the gite and therefore requires deep cleaning.

Breakages

You will be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement for damages or breakages of the contents of the gîte during your stay

Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking will be made by email once the booking form and deposit have been received.

Final Payment

An invoice will be issued approximately 3 weeks prior to the latest due date. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the week(s) concerned. Your Booking Deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation

If you cancel once full payment has been made, provided we can re-let the accommodation, you will be refunded the re-lettable value. We would strongly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance to cover any cancellation costs.

In the event of the property becoming uninhabitable prior to the letting period, resulting in cancellation of your booking by us, our liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid by you.

Liabilities

The owners of the property accept no liability to any member of a holiday booking for:

• Any personal injury or theft of property or money or damage to belongings;

• Any faults or interruptions to the supply of public utilities to the property.

Smoking

Sorry, no smoking in the properties. Should it be found that smoking has taken place in the gites then a £200 deep clean charge will be made.

Prices

Prices are per week, from Saturday 16:00hrs to Saturday 10:00hrs.

Bedding, linen, bath towels and towels for use around the swimming pool and grounds are included in the price.
